(HealthDay News) -- Getting the entire family together for dinner may be a challenge, but it's worth pursuing, experts say.
The American Academy of Pediatrics says family dinners:
- Reduce the risk of childhood obesity.
- Promote healthy food habits that last into adulthood.
- Reduce the risk of your child developing an eating disorder.
- Improve social and emotional health.
