PURPOSE: Potential new treatment for high blood pressure

ELIGIBILITY: Healthy male and female who have not mentruated for more than 2 years. Age 25 - 65 and non-smokers for at least 3 months

DURATION: Screening visit, 3 admission periods, 2 out patient visits after each period and 1 final follow up after final admission period.

PURPOSE: Potential new treatment for COPD

ELIGIBILITY: Healthy male and female age 18 - 65 who smokes everyday (preferably more than 10 cigarettes per day).

DURATION: Screening visit, 1 admission period of 10 nights followed by 2 out-patient visits and 1 follow up visit.
