ELIGIBILITY: Healthy CAUCASIAN males, aged 18 - 55, non smoker or stopped smoking 1 month before screening
DURATION: Screening visit, this study consists of mainly out-patient visits with 2 short admission stay, final follow up over 4 weeks

ELIGIBILITY: Healthy male aged 18 - 55, non-smoker for at least 2 months.
DURATION: Screening visit, 5 nights admission period, 2 out-patient visits and one follow-up visit.

ELIGIBILITY: Healthy male and females, aged 65 - 80, regular smokers, who smoke every day (ideally over 10 per day but can be less) and non smokers. NB OCCASIONAL SMOKERS ARE NOT SUITABLE.
